For my opinions yes, nobody plays online, nobody plays parallel quest, it's boring to do parallel quest and lose cause you are playing with bot and they can't fight well.

Yeah there is about 500 people on average who play Xenoverse 2 on Steam any given day. It is pretty dead. There is a CaC (created character tournament) going on right now and there is barely over 700 people online currently. Hopefully the game will have a resurgence with the next DLC that comes out. A lot of people decided to switch over to Consol from PC. Either way, this game may be dead but its still fun, competitive, and over all a very good game. Not to mention there is a few discord communities out there who gather a bunch of people together to play the game whenever multiplte people are online. ON that note here is an invite to one such discord. Hope to see you all there and I hope you will enjoy fighting people there! ^^

okay these " xenoverse is dead" posts are getting pretty stupid. 1. online sucks on this game with the peer to peer connection being so bad on the steam version and all the other online issues with this port, 2. there is not only 500 people playing xenoverse 2, that's only the 500 in online mode, it doesn't account for the hundreds staying in steam offline mode because they prefer single player with mods like myself because the easy anti cheat disabled mods online, 3. alot of people don't play for competitive or to play against other people, they play to have fun with the game for being a dragon ball game and making their own characters, and only prefer the online if they can play with their steam friends, and they can't even play with their steam friends half the time because the online is so buggy. 4. like people posted above, the tournament has people playing. 5. people are waiting for the free update and dlc before they play again, rhymestyle's group is some of such people.
