Rough Ranger and Power Rush

Are there some type of special requirements for acquiring those two skills as ultimate finishing those parallel quests with a Z-rank doesn't seem to drop them.

I got them without much trouble, however I have also had times where I had to do a mission literally dozens of times in order to get the ability. Sometimes the rng in this game just really sucks. All you can do is grind until you get them.

I know the parallel quests where to get them. I just wanted to ask if there were some special requirements like trying to ultimate finish the level within a certain time or defeating certain characters in certain ways.

I don't think there's a way to really guarantee it but two ways I think might help, or at least I've had luck getting skills through those methods.

The first is to get the highest rank, and the second is to do the quest with someone else online. Neither guarantee it I'm sure, but the former probably means more/better rewards based on your performance and the latter can at least speed up the time spent on the quest by having a helper.
