Who Gives You the Fused Zamasu Wig and Clothes?

So I just thought of something, going over the information I've been looking at involving the Gift system of getting items from mentors for old raid clothes and accessories and new items. Here's what I've figured out about it so far:

Goku: Golden Turtle Hermit Gi/Super Saiyan Rose' Wig
Kid Gohan: Golden Great Ape set.
Nappa: Golden Scouter
Whis: Zeno Outfit
Hercule: Trendy Suit
Android 18: Camo Bikini
Videl: Trendy Bikini

With all this in mind, who is left to give you Fused Zamasu's clothing and wig?

Zamasu would be my guess as well, considering, you know, it's him.

I don't think it could be Zamasu though because the gifts are part of a free update with the Merged Zamasu outfit and wig, while mentor Zamasu is paid DLC content.

kid gohan only does head and tail of golden ape and nappa also does the rest of golden ape along with the golden scouter

Call me lame but I just used a save editor to get all of this stuff. I'm a busy person. I can't be bothered to grind tp for hours just to get a wig or a top.
