how to level past 80?

Do Guru's house missions. Keep assiting Guru's house each time they call you. Eventually Guru will be available for interaction. First time he will unlock your attribute cap. Then further calls will give you a level cap increase. Reach that level and keep doing Guru house quests for the next level cap and so on.

You only need to do the Dragon Ball Missions from Guru 12 times, it will complete to 100% and you'll get the time egg.

Then the Guru house will always be open, where you can increase your level cap any time by talking to him.

You'll need to reach the max level to unlock the next cap, 80, 85, etc.
