Goku SSJ white hair?
So can someone please explain to me what I just saw? I was walking around and I see this man in all white gi clothing and than I looked at his hair and it was the SSJ goku accessory but it was all white? Is this just a new thing or what?

It doesn't come from a quest. As far as I know right now it's a raid quest reward or a mentor reward. People you see with one used mods to get it.
