Goku Black's clothes drop from a PQ that kinda needs the DLC to access.

your talking about goku black right? well you can make his clothes by customizing in dragon ball xenoverse 2 if you have the right clothes :)

I got them via modding but I think you had to win them in a raid to get them legally.
