How to access any items from the tp medal shop while offine?

I've been in offline mode since I reinstalled the game (a few days before the extra pack update) and was wondering how I can access the other moves in the shop without going online? I know that there is some I am missing, as they randomly appeared in the shop last month. They stopped appearing though...

The moves were some that came in updates, like sword of hope.

The offline shop has what I feel is an offline rotation on itself. So other than save editing or the well known shop mod, you'd need to go online for a more updated shop.

by offline rotation do you mean i'll still have to wait for specific times or that it is just stuck with the moves that it had when I went offline?

It still changes it's offerings offline. But as far as I've seen, the online shop offers more stuff from the later updates, while the offline version seems to be stuck one or more updates behind. Maybe just my luck when I check it, though.
