How to pull off Meditation properly?
I just got the move after farming it with online patrollers by a few runs. I am quite delighted right now.

But man, how do you perform this move to get the max 10 ki bars temporarily? All I could get is simply charging my ki constantly, no matter how I press the button - whether hold it or keep pressing it...

Does it mean that it could grant you 10 ki bars instantly from 0 bar? I simply cant pull it off. The animation (CaC sitting there) ended soon even though I keep holding the two button which trigger that move. Nothing happens...

No, ok how it works is that say you only have 5 ki bars meditate makes that ten ki bars which you keep untill you completly run out of ki. so if you alredy have ten i dont think the move does anything as it never charged my ki at all.I supose it could be diffrent based on race but i higly doubt it. Also it should just be the one button to trigger meditate and hold that not two

Hold the button. Your character enters the meditation pose. After a second plus a few more milliseconds, there will be a small reaction in your character. A not so noticeable square shaped glow will sprout from the center of your character. That's the cue that signals it's finished. In my case, it just gives me the bars needed to reach 10, but empty. I have to fill them myself. The buff lasts for a long time so it's no problem. Of course, this move seems much more useful for PVE than pvp. As the time it takes to do it may be too long, unless you stamina break the opponent and kick him far back.

You do not need to stamina break an opponent to use it. Press Y+B if you're using an xbox controller and use the skill. You can get the 10 ki bars that way.

By the way... the skill has more uses than just using high ki consuming skills. You can equip qqbangs that reduce your ki bars to 3.... activate meditation, and then use ssj3 and potential unleashed... let the bars expire and still maintain the awokens at 3 bars so long as they are already active when the ki bars revert.

Very very handy for using full ki dependent super soul buffs efficiently without sacrificing a 5 bar awoken skill

The stamina break part is to not get creamed while doing it. people who meditate do need their little space and time. :)

As for how many bars it gives, I was curious at first, but now I'm sure it should set everyone no matter how many they have, up to 10, since this is what's required to use Jiren's ult (it NEEDS 10 bars after all).

Another benefit of meditation is that it counts as a reinforcement, so you can use super souls like Old kai's for longer periods without having to rebuff so often.

Like i said... stam break isnt required. Using a knockback kick will give you sufficient time to use the skill before they can recover and attack you out of it. A stamina break will also work... but you generally want to reserve the break for when you have the set up ready

Well, you are the expert. If you say so. :)
