Blue Flag showing; can't find start for DLC

Is it just not ready yet or something? I see a blue flag on my map, but there's nothing at that location. What gives?

You actually have to go into the usual door for the story missions.

Just head into the Time Nest. There's a new rift in there that starts the new Story Missions.
