to be frank, save editor isn't supportive of new content that fast, it takes a few months as people have lives and can't really update those. Anyone who figures out how to get those versions of them are most likely brute forcing them on their characters, at risk of corrupting them.
It FORCES UI on you costantly costing stamina which you cannot recover because it also slows down stamina regeneration by XXXL.
You can't be sure about that can you?
All Super Souls I know that have an [ALWAYS] active effect like increased or decreased health/stamina/Ki regeneration or boosted speed are NOT displayed as active (or activating) at the start of mssions / matches.
Examples:
"As if I'd lose" offers [ALWAYS] increased speed & [AT LOW HP] increased Blast damage.
The speed boost is active from the first second of a mission/match, yet you do net get any information (like the Soul's name being displayed below your name). You will only ever get this notification when the second effect is activated because you meet its condition.
That's how those Souls have always worked.
It's not.
We get
1. Kale's Soul
2. Caulia's Soul
3. Toppo's Soul
4. Golden Frieza (Super)'s Soul
5. Ranger 17's Soul
6. Ribrianne's Soul
and two more I can't remember (might be Jiren & FU). Ultra Instinct is NOT one of the Souls though.
