Well, we have the one SSR. I REALLY doubt cacs will ever get such a thing. Unless the cac in question is a god who swaps bodies with a saiyan.

Ya but CaC doesn't matter much anyways as you don't matter to Canon as you exist outside of it. Also was it ever stated that Rose is unattainable to a normal saiyan? Technically Goku and Vegeta are gods when in blue because people can't sense their energy so the "you have to be a god in a saiyan body" reason doesn't add up.

It's literally stated by Zamasu in the anime that Rosé is pink because Goku Black is an actual god vs. Super Saiyan Blue being blue because it's the result of a mortal merely tapping into godly power. Not headcanon. Canoncanon.

I feel that Goku black actually willed the color. I strongly believe he choose it himself. At least I can assume this because the way he talks about it, even if he doesn't directly says he did. It wouldn't be too far fetched to think that a god can control such details. SSB on the other hand is the color that popped up pretty much arbitrarily when Goku and Vegeta, saiyans who have obtained some form of godly ki, transformed into their super saiyan forms. We all know that from behind the scenes, rose was chosen to give something unique to the antagonist, but w/e...

As for the transformation for the cac, this is not more about canon or not than it is about resources, dev time and business. If we get it in the future, cool. The more content the better. But I keep my reservations about the devs granting this to players, more considering that saiyans, despite being pretty much the main screen time fighter characters on the protagonist's side, in this game they are having way too many transformations, while leaving all the other races far behind.

Then again, I would hope better to have some sort of Ultra Instinct for everyone instead. As that would be a more fair scenario for the players.

Goku Black is a mortal with god ki, when he swapped bodies he lost his immortality. I don't actually care either way, just making the correction.

Therefore based on his statements, he chose the colour.

Edit~ also during the tournament of power Piccolo and other non gods sense Vegeta's power during the beyond blue sequence.

Which confuses the situation even more.

Rose is special Goku Black. It's his own version of Blue, as it's said in the manga. A pure saiyan can only have blue.

Everyone's main complaint seems to be saiyans get all the transformations but honestly that's the fault of the Anime/Manga. Canonically Humans have no Transform other than Kaio-Ken (Chi-Chi uses it) and Potential Unleashed. Acrosians have quite a few. Namekians have a giant form and their version of Fusion. And the Majin race hasn't shown much for forms beyond Absorbtions.
