You can however look up how to increase health for all characters including your CAC to give them the maximum amount of health which starts at the tail end of the spectrum with the darkest purple.
Another thing you can do is download Super Saiyan 5 Vegito Absalon and try your luck at beating him with how strong he hits, has a custom moveset that uses an instant fully charged x10 Kamehameha to finish off his combo strings, and has the same health bar as the story mode version of Fused Zamasu. He's very challenging to fight against.
Additionally, try making a character of the race you suck at. If you're good at all of them, then play as a male Majin. With a QQ Bang (that subtracts from both health and stamina) and no allocated stats, you should have less than two stamina bars, making your defense no better than wearing wet tissue paper into battle.
If it's still not difficult enough for you, then I recommend removing your battle items, limiting yourself to the moves you suck at (good way to improve, too), and limiting yourself to certain combo strings. Perhaps you could make it so that you lose if you block. Perhaps "No Blocking" would add more difficulty. No jump, guard, step dash canceling. No Z Vanishes, perhaps?
Perhaps a "No Skills" run would help you, too. Go into each fight without any Supers or Ultimates. Good luck! I suspect doing all this would make you stronger with any build.
I don't know if you ever tried the japanese PS1 Dragonball Legends game? That still is one of my personal favorites due to its 3v3 and battle mechanics and fast paced fights. You can make a fight take as long as you want with its' battle bar if you're familiar with all the games mechanics. I'm sure one day we will get a melding of previous ideas, and the right person be in charge of the project, and we will have something better than this to play online with other people. It is the same engine after all, that has been used since at least the first Tenkaichi... while it may be aged a little, with the right tweaks it can be a masterpiece.
Edit: daaang just realized, nice necro lmfao
