new transformations mod inf loading screen need help

whenever i try to start a quest with one of the skills on like super sayan all 1-2-3-g-b-bk10-bk20-UI i get an inf. loading screen it works for my other mods but not this anyone know why?

I just looked New Transformations by Lazybone[xenoversemods.com] up and downloaded it from Xenoverse Mods, and the mod page says that it should have an instructions file with the download.

I just downloaded it to make sure, and the text document is called "INSTRUCTIONS (READ)." In the same directory that holds the instructions (the New Transformations 2.13 folder), I can see a file called "REQUIRED MAIN FILE - INSTALL THIS.x2m." Without the main file, you'll get the infinite loading screen.

If you earn things offline, such as new skills or items, you can use them online. You cannot at all connect to the online lobby with mods installed. You'd have to uninstall all the mods, then run the game with EAC.

So I go the new version and I don't see that file anywhere. Is it maybe cause I'm unziping it wrong cause I don't understand
