Make sure to get burst stinger. It does good damage and it even counters some ultimates

Which mod did you download to get that skill? The one I got doesn't have that.

I have all the DLC, but there's no PQ 136. Does it come with a custom PQ? Where do I get that mod? I looked on Xenoversemods.com and I couldn't find it.

There is no mod, it's Ultra Pack 1. Go check the steam DLC page for the game.

Burst Stinger makes a perfect (unblockable) substitution for Super God Fist for Ki Blast focused characters to use at the end of long combo strings.
