Game keeps crashing continuously every time I complete a parallel quest

So for whatever reason, my has recently had a problem where it crashes after I complete a parallel quest. I'm not sure as to why this keeps happening but its always after going back to conton city when the quest ends. it doesn't show any pop up or anything it just closes the game entirely and I have to start it back up again. I've tried multiple times reinstalling all my mods and even the game itself but the error still occurs. I've thought about going though each mod individually and seeing which may at fault but considering that have over 800+ mods installed I'd really rather not have to go through each of the mods to see which is causing it. If someone wouldn't mind helping me out I'd really appreciate it.

-Updated GPU Drivers
-Make Sure your Steam is updated (Steamworks)
-Make Sure your version of Windows is updated

I made sure that everything was updated but the problem is still there, I'm not sure if this may be the cause but I currently have my computer's "x-boost" on and I'm not sure if that might be causing my game to overclocked too much to where it might crash not to mention the many many mods I have installed

Checked again today after clearing out all the potential mods that might have affected the crash so now im down to 230+ mods and its still crashing. I checked the event viewer on my computer to see what happened and I got this list:

I had that problem aswell.Probably one of the mods messed up with your save file..Atleast for me worked only making new safe game. Before that i had that crash on 3 different pcs

Yeah I'm sure that's Probably the case, I just reinstalled my game and I wiped my directory along with a few mods and I'm probably gonna start from scratch. I appreciate the help, Hope this problem doesn't happen again otherwise I might stop playing altogether until I figure out a way to stop it.
