Xeno 1.13 Update BUG!!

Hello Xeno community... As soon as my game was updated to the new version 1.13 I cant connect to the Xenoverse Servers. Can someone help me?
I've tried verifying game files and I've updated my computer to the latest version, which still didnt work.

PC Specs:
Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.21GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB)
Windows 10 Home version 1903 x64-based system
RAM: 16GB DDR4

what you mean by cant connect? like can acces to the game but saying that you cant play online or cant start the game itself from the menu?

Ah thanks, glad to see someone who doesn't hate me. But yea I get this error message all the time. sometimes I am able to get online sometimes I cant. Its the server's fault atm since the last update.

what you mean by cant connect? like can acces to the game but saying that you cant play online or cant start the game itself from the menu?

The game opens up but I cant play Online..
