how to get prominence flash?

i did the quest where you get it and got a Z rank

but xenoverse 2 being xenoverse 2 i think i need to do something in a certain way
can someone who has the skill tell me what i need to do pls?

This is the unfortunate truth.

Sometimes the Ultimate Finish is a requirement (though usually it's the only requirement), but even then, whether or not you get the drop isn't due to skill, determination, effort, or anything of the sort. It's down to dumb luck and beyond your control.

Think of it like a test where the teacher rolls a die to decide whether you pass or have to retake the test, but you still have to get every answer right or they won't roll the die at all. And you have to show your work each time, even though you know the answers already.

This is going to sound very odd, but when I opened the game after the DLC dropped I already had Prominence Flash for some reason. The only thing I can think of is that's because I had an X2M mod Ultimate equipped.

And when the DLC dropped I just dragged out the mod folders and opened my game. I think the modded skill was in the slot used by Prominence Flash and so I just have it. I never even did a PQ and it was already greyed out as if it dropped.
