It has a Ki drain rate of 75% (for comparison SSB is 60% so it drains 15% faster.)

Looks like damage taken is not increased, unlike SSB
I noticed movement speed to be quite high, not sure if better than SSB
Stamina regen is also nice, again not sure if it's equal or better than SSB

It does look good, the aura is pretty and the eyes aren't too puppy-like, at least in the character I tried it on.

Not sure the extra ki drain is worth the 10% extra damage. Especially with a ki based saiyan. I only use blue for immersion anyway, ssj shouldn't be able to compete with god tier enemies.

I'm not certain on the %'s for damage but for female saiyans their ki blast supers are really high now.

it's a free ability in the game now you set your mentor to vegeta and talk to him and then go talk to whis.
