I've gotten a f*cking Z rank on this sh*t and I still don't have it. I could wish from the Dragon Balls, if they existed, to get it and it wouldn't be in Shenron's power to f*cking grant it! Heck, I doubt even the Super Dragon Balls could do such an impossible thing like getting Death Meteor. In fact, I could be a millionaire and slide Akatsuki a couple hundred thousands dollars and they probably couldn't pull it up from their own servers to get it for me, because it's that f*cking impossible.
