Mastery of Ones Self
also known as Mu no Ken "Fist of Nothingness"
It's mostly lip flaps, really.
Plus once they start doing it, they need to keep doing it for consistency.
Personally, I care little what name they go with for UI, but some of the name choices in the series does make me scratch my head. Like why does a name literally based on the word freeze need an I in it? The pun remains in the pronounciation, so why abandon it in the spelling?
Or why use Vegito when the second half of the name is otherwise stated as Kakarrot? I know why it would be Vegito in the Japanese version, but that's stops applying when you change Kakarotto to Kakarrot.
