Sometimes in the city i meet players with Mjin mark accessory and moded skillslike darkness mixer

The community sorting them with hackers? And what about characters style mods like everything colorable and majin mark etc? Will they get banned or there is a way to get the Majin Mark?

Majin Mark was available in the TP store, if I'm not mistaken.
If you see someone with those skills, there's an easy thing you can do: refuse to play with them.

If you can land the body change, sure.

The ones to avoid - if you can - are raid boss skill users. Those are the only in game skills that are not only illegal but also broken to the extent that they get difficult to handle

All of the other stuff that is illegal for cacs but could be seen on cast are easily countered and not so bad. You can body change those folks with relative ease if you want to penalize them mid fight.

No. But using 3rd party mods means having to disable eac. In other words while the mods are active you will be forced to play offline
