There is no best build... because it strongly depends on if you want to do pve or pvp

*I* use maxed out HP, Stamina, and basic attacks. It works from what I do but i'm pretty much an all or nothing player when it concerns stats.

You will however want to practice in stamina management to make use of it. The high stamina is useful but not without risks

You can try it and see if it works with your play style. As vivi points out the best build is essentially whatever fits your play style. I have my stats the way they are mainly to use supers and ultimates irregardless of striker or ki set ups without having to worry about whether some stat points are wasted when i want to go with either/or since basic attacks are always part of the play style for me

Dope, instead of searching things on your own, he is just giving you WAY too much guides in it. This is nonsense playing this game if you have already everything unlocked from the start and just going to PVP when having 0hrs in the game. I just cannot believe this.

Hybrids can be fun to use but not everyone run hybrid builds.
