Modding Help with Codex update

So basically the game itself works(i'm referring to the cracked Codex version which I install all the mods, the Steam version is legit),but when i try to open xv2ins.exe,after setting Flex folder, it crashes, and it opens a error which says: "Cannot open bin/xinput1_3.dll in game directory." "This program nees xv2patcher to be installed."
I've already downloaded and installed the new patcher and all the tools, and all of my old mods were automatically deleted, so I don't know what is missing.
