Anyone in here able to translate (parts of) that scan? Seems like either mentor styles will be available for CaCs or we can customize some of the mentors (or cast in general) by adding different clothing and stuff...

Would be interesting to understand what's written there... especially the middle and right picture on the bottom need an explanation :D

Honestly, I'd want the XV1 story mode from the Switch version added here. That, and the ability to use the XV1 CaC basic attack strings that only your chosen XV1 Hero character can use as an NPC in this game. But this is also really nice! Still hoping for the former to happen eventually, though.

If they realy add a way to Customize mentors with the next DLC would explain something a dataminer has found in the Game, it seems that many Characters already have voiceclips for at least some custom moves.

Customizing partners has to be something completely new since a lot of the characters aren't mentors in the game

Actually a lot of those Voice lines are either tests (an example would be most of Goku Blacks lines) or simply old lines that came over from the first game (a great example is the Earthlings using the Kaioken).

Literally listed as DLC 6, and the extra pack set covers DLC 5 and 6...

Now I'm wondering if it's really the mentors or if they mean partner as just a buddy character? Like, "design an extra character who helps you out?"

I'd love to have my main showing up to help out my alts more. Especially since my main is my XV1 character and I wasn't entirely satisfied with how the main importing played out. I'd happily make clones to fulfill this purpose.

But I also hope in either case we can design an entire partner per character.

I'm probably hoping for a bit too much. "Customize" means a lot of things and could be far less than what I described.

It isn't a design an extra character, as the characters shown (namely Hercule) cannot be recreated 1 for 1 like they actually look. I can see them allowing you to pick the Xenoverse 1 character, if they thought of it though.

Be great if they did, but I have a strong feeling they won't. Still, be nice to be pleasantly surprised for once.
