Why isn't there a female option for the Frieza Clan?
I know there are no female members in the DBZ anime or manga, except for being mention in a single line of dialogue in both the Manga and Anime by Frieza during the Frieza Saga. Where
Frieza states to Goku "your the first person aside from my parants I've have to dust off after".

Bit of a stretch I know but the female Majins where also a game created race option for Dragon Ball Heroes thanks to Miss Buu, hell even the book that caused Majin Buu to create Miss Buu in Dragon Ball Online is in the Majin opening in Xenoverse 2 (Bob & Margret).

The frieza race is an asexual race, there are no female members of the frieza race. There has never been a mentioning of a female Frieza member. Just like the namekians they give birth to males. I would assume they also spit up eggs as well.

Actually Frieza mentions that parents in episode 88 of Dragon Ball Z english dub and it's manga issue for this episode, although this line in the japanese version he just says his father.

Akira Toriyama stated that King Cold gave birth to Frieza himself, though it's worth noting that Akira also stated that King Colds family are also hybrid mutants of their race so this asexual reproduction might just apply to King Colds family (Akira has never actually said the whole race was mono gender).
There is this thing called "Speculating from the context" Surely if the creator of the Dragon Ball series wrote the story for the game and had creative control, and if he in fact planned for there to be Frieza Female variations they would be here. But just like Namekians "Who also had a parent" there are no females present in the lore of the manga/anime or the game. sometimes basing your speculation from what you have from the actual works and not some age old interview of someone who is as consistant as the bible will get you a clearer picture. With Dragon Ball Super, you may get your female Frieza race if they decide to retcon more stuff.

There's the issue right there. The English dub made up a lot of stuff that wasn't in the original, and is thus non-canon.

I think, that not even the writer put this much thought in it, but Frieza's race might be genderless, or all herm. It is their appearance, and voice, that make us assume, that they are all males. Similar to Namek, but it seems, that they actually have 2 gender, or it might be just knowledge difference (i think it's the latter), but the abilities of the healer and warrior Nameks are quite different. I mean gender is more than just looks. There are many race that looks exactly the same from distance, and you can only see the gender when you look really closely to that special place on the body. This is especially true with non-mammal animals, that aren't need to breastfeed.

"Parents" and "Parent" are the same word in Japanese. You can translate Freeza's quote both ways.

i'd say its because there was no female frost demons mentioned. saiyans obviously have a female gender, majin females where create through hercule's stash and namekian don't even have those

The Female Majin where created for Dragon Ball Online and only exist in video game (I don't think they existed in any other media before DBO), with Majin Buu creating Miss Buu in Age 790 (DBO shares this timeline with Xenoverse 2). Even the book that inspired Majin Buu to create Miss Buu is in the Majin opening in Xenoverse 2.

Also this timeline comes into conflict with GT, because Majin Buu has already merged with Uub by this time (this took place in the Super 17 Saga).

So it wouldn't be much of a stretch for Dimps to create female Frost Demons and seeing as it's kind if been confirmed by Akira (though he is rather vaque) that King Cold's line are the only hybrid mutants, there might be female Frost Demons.

Akira Toriyama was in complete creative control with the story of Dragon Ball Online and Dragon Ball Xenoverse. If it is not in either of those then he did not will it to happen or take place. Dragon Ball GT, from Akira Toriyama's mouth has already been stated to be an alternate story (side story) as in not part of his creative world. GT is a Glorified Fan Fic at best.

I kind of pass Akira Toriyama as either misogynist or at the minimum, someone who doesn't see women as a gender fit for fighting. Any women who appears strong for a few episodes is either killed (Zengya) or sent to the kitchen and made useless (Chichi and 18). So adding more women to the series, even to it's non canon parts, is something I see rather unlikely. I'm really surprised that they gave the ok to the fe-majin concept. There's also the comment about Akira Toriyama himself saying he can't grasp the concept of drawing strong, muscled fighter women (even though we don't need muscles in Dragon Ball to show strength, as demonstrated by Whis and the Omni King).... So really, unless someone totally proves me wrong, I believe these people prefer women to be in the side lines more often, and leave the fighting to mostly the men.

As my own opinion though, I would love to see official female namekians and frieza race at least for video games. Sure, the Internet has already done it's part of the subject, but we know how wacky the Internet is on such things, so I prefer not to fire up my search engine for that..... even with safe search on. >.<

Hermaprodites are not gay. Indeed, they are asexual. Except for maybe themself...

So that would explain why the only female protagonist that the Dragon Ball series has ever had was Pan who was from GT, which Akira had almost no involvement in.

Although we have gotten a female Super Saiyan for Xenoverse (which is a step above Pan in GT) and Akira has actually stated he doesn't know how to draw a female Super Saiyan or what they would look like.

Whis and the Omni king show thier strenght by being (effectively) unbeatable. That would not fit for a main character, only a support/target character.
Dragonball has always been about overcomming limits. Something you can not do without first showing the limits.

Not only is Bulma a female protagonist, she's been in the series so long that she actually appeared on screen/panel before Goku.
