My stats are 100 Health, 100 Ki Blast, 125 stamina and everything else into basic attack, I have the perfect QQ-Bang that lets me do this without sacrificing any Ki or Basic Attack Damage. At max level, I have 5 Ki bars. My QQ bang is max Stamina, Basic Attack and +2 on Ki Blast Supers. It's -5 on Strike Supers and -1 on HP. My Super Soul is "Before Creation Comes Ruin..."
For me, my most commonly used skill are:
Ki Blast Cannon - Can chain into combos or slower Ki-Blast Supers or even 4x Kaioken Kamehameha.
Burst Kamehameha - This gives you options in terms of whether you want to use 1 or 2 ki bars. Surprisingly, it doesn't compensate anything in terms of damage. (Alternatively, I use Earth Splitting Galick Gun)
Death Beam - Honestly it's fast and it's one of the strongest 1 Ki-Bar skills you can use aside from Riot Javelin, I use it if i have a build that requires me to save Ki. (Alternatively, you can use Blaster Shell)
Riot Javelin - This can be comboed into from a well placed Ki-Blast Cannon. If your HP is low, you will find this Ki-Blast Super to be a godly ability.
God Breaker/Emperor's Blast - This allows you some versitility and a bit of unpredictability during a fight.
Ill Rain/Darkness Twin Star/Milky Cannon - I use any of these skills as a means of forcing my opponent to move around rather than constantly pursuing me.
Evasives:
Angry Shout - Helps Regenerate Ki while being immune to damage.
Hyper Movement - Because Stamina break while they Ult..
Awakened:
Potential Unleashed - On average there's nothing better than this awakened ability.
Power Pole Pro - If you have the Flying Nimbus!! Super Soul, you'll have quite a bit of fun switching around between Ki-Blaster and Brawler.
As for Ults:
Super Kamehameha
Final Flash
Special Beam Cannon - Unblockable.
Full Power Energy Wave
4x Kaioken Kamehameha - Reeeealy Fast, can be used right after a Ki Blast Cannon stagger.
Emperor's Death Beam - If you're not confident your Ult will Chain
Reverse Mabakusenko - It's a really powerful Counter Attack.
Now if you want to make an OP Character that Exploits everything possible:
God Of Destructions Anger
Darkness Twin Star
Instant Transmission
Maximum Charge
Absolute Zero
Meteor Burst
Mystic Flash
P.S. - Ki Spamming was eliminated in DBXV2. Unless you're a Super Saiyan with Big Bang Kamehameha.

Another thing is the race bonus isn't as powerful as the first game. Ki auto charge is at the speed of an android super soul and the ATK buff at full Ki is 5%. Earthling girls are better at Ki Supers than earthling guys. However, they have about the same HP as the opposite gender.
How you'd want to allocate your APs depends on how you play the game.
Health: A full life bar is 10,000 HP, which is roughly half health. +30 HP / AP
Ki: A block of ki is 100. You start with 300 and it stops growing at 500. +2.4 KI / AP
Stamina: Same with Ki in the way it grows. However, a stamina bar of 10, while twice the length of 5, takes 25% longer to recover from broken stamina than a bar of 5.
Basic Attack: Let's say the first light punch does somewhere close to 100 damage. Every 8 AP approximately, increases that punch by 1 damage.
Strike Supers: Similar to basic attack damage in the way it scales (but 20-25 times bigger), but the damage depends on the super/ultimate.
Ki Blast Supers: Same with Strike Supers.
One QQ Bang arrow is worth 16.67 AP for Ki and Stamina, and ~10 AP for the rest.
For Ki, I'd say have zero AP to get the race bonus early, or 42 AP for the sake of two ultimates that take 3 bars.
For Stamina, zero AP if you don't want to risk being stamina broken for too long, 42 AP for the sake of 2 evasives, or 84+ AP for either a stamina lead or if you're a Kaioken user (or you're good at stamina management).
For Basic Attack, if your someone who likes to punch a lot and are not much of a super/ultimate user, use as many AP as you'd like here.
For Strike, earthling girls are weak in this area, but it makes a bigger difference raising this stat for the earthling girl than when raising the stat for the earthling guy.
For Ki Blast, earthling girls are strong in this area, probably strong enough to not need this stat raised.
Once you have leftover AP, you can dump them on Health. When using QQ Bangs, avoid negative arrows for ki and stamina.
You're actually wrong about the double high kick combo and elevations, it's the same no matter what elevation you're at. The thing about the combo is that if the hit detection senses that your opponent has been knocked back once, it will do a tripple high kick combo to end the combo instead of a double high kick. I exploited it in DBXV1 because it was an infinite combo. In DBXV2, they made it so that you can't exploit this combo, but Female Majins have infinite combos now.
