Is it to late to get Goku Black?

A big incentive for me buying the game was goku black. I purchased the deluxe edition because I saw a forum online saying he came included, plus it said access to characters (plural) so I figured it was future trunks and Black. In my disappointment, I didn't receive him. Is there a mod (not CaC) or file I can alter to use him? Thanks for your time

well there are tons of mods that ADD him to the roster if that doesnt work for you just wait until he coms out as dlc later idk when but he will be available at a later date

I saw a mod which made him "unlockable". Search for it, maybe it will unlock him, but idk. It was a part of a mod (Title: Update 2.0 "something")

I tried all 3 of the methods to that mod, and there was no luck. People in the comments said it failed too. I do appreciate the link and help though.

I only found one mod where it adds him but it never works for me. I can be patient if he does release. I just wasn't sure if he was or not but Brandi wouldn't miss the chance to take my cash. Thanks for your help man

Hmm... that's odd. Did you replace the DBX2 exe with the modders exe? If I remember his directions correctly.. or is that not working as well?

Yes I tried that method as well. There was also a method where it unlocks black AND all the other characters. After I tried that, I unlocked everyone but black... I'm just hoping for another update for that mod soon.

Otherwise try to install one with the Xenoverse 2 Mod Installer (added character slot). You can't use it online, but at least something

In order for the mod to work, you need to edit xv2patcher.ini. Change unlock_chara_all = false to true and you'll have Goku Black unlocked. As well as the other characters, I believe, but it doesn't affect your achievements since it's a local change, not a server side one.

Yeah that's what I've been using. The Cpk packer always crashes my game anyways
