The only reason to get the PC version is to play offline with mods.
But I'm just one guy and it's not gonna happen... so let's keep feeding the cash grabbers.
what i mean is that, the connection is way better, it's like they have a server also lets be real, the p2p connection on pc is a piece of nurgle
That's an understatement of a lifetime.
DFon't get me wrong, it's still a good game. But it definitely has its off days.
That's a pretty extreme view to take: "This is another game designed for consoles and ported to PC lazily, may as well be console only". The solution is to convince them actually working on their port is worthwhile, not bar them from PC entirely.
GTA V for PC took years to be released, and it's actually a pretty good port all things considered.
Xenoverse (1 and 2), however? Just look at the PC controls and you can tell nobody gave a damn. XV2 I had to rebind almost every control from the defaults they were so bad.
Sure, I'll just hold F midcombat just to open the Super/Ultimate menu. Insane.
It's business. it's the whole maximizing profits thing. And being too friendly and saying "Ok, I'll buy your product over and over no matter my dissatisfaction with it" is pretty much letting them know they can lower their quality bar. I believe it happened between XV1 and 2 already. XV1 had a slightly better launch than 2 in my opinion. Sure, by the time the whole concept was rather new so they had that sense of discovery as an advantage. But at least I still feel the first game engaged me more (though that's the opinion of just one guy).
But what pulled me out of this one was that a few things that I thought would be easy to fix, like certain bugs and the addition of an anti cheat, were not addressed, and are still not being addressed. And that deals a blow in my view to their credibility and makes me doubt their commitment to the community. So yeah, I believe an "extreme" approach and to create examples for others to see should be used once in awhile.
Meh. it's DBZ. It can only go but so far.
