You keep referring to character designs to use them as a basis for your argument. Oolong is part of the Dragon Ball Universe, but he is no way part of the fighting game franchise. Arale is from an Anime called Dr. Slump thus she has her own franchise and her own continuity. All of which is humor based and random. Yes Dragon Ball has its own humor, but it is humor that does not break the barriers of the anime itself. If you didn't notice half of the characters that populate the DBZ world are humanoid animals. You keep refrencing the talking pig, but his design fits the anime. Arale is a Robot Girl that can litterally kick the ground and split the earth in 2, single handedly send Vegeta into orbit with little to no effort, and surpasses super saiyan god blue goku in sheer power. All of this due to her being a Gag/Toon character breaking barriers that the main characters of the anime struggle to even find. She does not fit the bill.

You talk as if you don't know this isn't the first time Arale has interacted with Dragonball sure you can claim the episode is filler but her prior interaction is not.
also if she got put into the game she will defintely have a unique moveset which is pretty much what matters in the grand scheme of things, so if you wanted a purpose, it is a unique new character.
Arale's stuff(hat and poop stick) is already in this game regardless, so you can't really say she doesn't fit the game's universe.

A poop stick? Really? The hat is fine but a Poop Stick? Like I said before this is all my own opinion. Just because she has been in a prior game (That was not made by Dimps) dosn't mean she "fits". If you watch the above video she just does not fit at all. her fighting style her move set, her animations just do not sit right with me. It's cringe worthy at best. Would rather have Pan (End of Z) or GT Goten or an actual somewhat relivent character., Zangya, Bojack, Tapion, Garlic Jr, GT Bra. If they do add her in upcomming DLC then so be it I am just not a fan of her in the slightest,

You can have any opinion you want, but to state that something doesn't "belong" or "fit" is just like saying something shouldn't be in the game, in which case you're wrong because you don't have the right to determine this.
She's already involved with the DB universe, theres literally no point in arguing this, as well as her various involvement in games and offical works, if she ends up in a Xenoverse game it won't make her any different from other characters, there's plenty of people I don't like but I sure as hell won't try and claim ♥♥♥♥ like "not fitting" as a argument, which by the way is a pretty much a non argument, we have a lot of comical things in this game, you'd have to be blind to ignore them

Just because she is in game does not mean she fits that game. Just like Darth Vader Yoda and Apprentice did not fit soul calibur they were still in it. Just like Ryu and Akuma did not fit in Asura's Wrath they were still in it. guest Character or Not, if they do not seem to fit then they just don't. I understand people like her (for some odd reason) And as you said if she is added then it will be no different. but like I said can't change the way I feel about it, it is my own peronal opinion after all.

uh, you must've missed the episodes, they added her in dragonball AND super, and she was no punching bag, she destroyed earth again by splitting it into 2, and totally matched goku blow for blow.

and nah, you're not allowed it because in dragonball saga she was implemented as part of the series, there was an arc about her and if it wasn't for her then goku's journey would've ended real soon. she's part of the universe and one of goku's first friends.
