The shopaholic mod doesn't include all the unavailalbe skills, just the ones that are/were already there to begin with.

If someone is using unavailable skills they're doing via a hex editor with their save file.

u can get it now with the shop mod lol

but yeah the shop mod only puts skills u can get that are in the game already is some skills coming in the dlc i think that are not in the game like i think hits new skills and maybe more

Check again, you can now get it from shopaholic, most of the skills coming next update are already there.

It Is Weak But Mk I Is Linkable With Combos and Mk II Does More Damage But The Best Thing Is It Can Be Used a a Evasive Move
