You cant get MK. II yet.

Future Gohan will be available as a mentor after the new DLC though, so you should be able to get it after that

Future Gohan is going to become a mentor in an upcoming patch, the Mk. II version might be available through that, the regular One Hand Kamehameha is available through either the skill shop or TP shop... Don't remember which..

Mk. II you can press in the input again to use more Ki for a stronger version.

I Think Save Editor Will Let You Equip It But There Isn't one Yet

F Gohan's version is actually a diffrent version than the one available for CACs.
