upon watching the actual video, nearly all the characters have the same stat spread variety, which is like 2 or 3 types.
They use new slots.
Yup.
Since there's no way to add new skills or animations without replacing existing skills/animations none of them are going to seem unique from one another even if their stats were all adjusted.
I think it does a good job illustrating the problem that comes by adding the number of characters people want to see or wanting them to add C to D list villians just so that they can be enemies in the story or PQs.
One really positive benefit this mod would/could have would be via custom PQs, which are doable, but I doubt many if any modders will want to make custom PQs. The only custom PQ that I know of is the Zamasu one for XV1.
