The regular Galick Gun is a fairly good beam attack overall.
Combos will also work with the Kaioken Kamehameha super, but that move leaves you unable to act for a moment.
Though if you only want teleport charge beams, regular kamehameha is a bit stronger than GG and has a really good range for teleporting. Also as teleport charge moves go, Big Bang Kame is the stronger of those attacks but suffers a bit in teleport range.
If you can look for other non vegeta beams, Burst kamehameha isn't bad. It's a choice beam in which you get the snap start up of a move that doesn't need charge at 100 ki, and for 100 more you get extra punch similar to ESGG.
