Atomic Blast Drop?

The ♥♥♥♥ is going on with this quest? I can't count how many times I have played this with friends. It simply WILL NOT DROP. Does Vegeta drop it or is it an ultimate finish drop?

I hate this PQ more than any other. Even 100.

Same here. Just did it 32 times in 9 days but i can't get it. It's common thing in this game to get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ drop rate. I still remember the struggle to obtain super saiyan and kaioken on XV1...just drink a beer and continue until you have to change pc or leave it to your children and the ones after them. Someday we'll get it!!! :°)

I got it like my 2nd attempt (which was my first ultimate finish). To be fair I didn't really want the skill. You probably need to pray harder to RNGesus.

Atomic Blast: Man if you can get it off its sure stylish. But thats about it. Its basically asking to get punched/kicked in the head.
