It depends on your race/gender. Female Saiyans start out with less health I believe. That said I wouldn't bother, it takes too many points to get that extra bar of health, and more importantly, health is a somewhat unique stat, in that it can't be reduced below base value. 0 points in health with no equipment is the same as 0 points in health with -5 from equipment.

Without any attribute points, you have 5 bars of ki, and I think 5 bars of stamina.

http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/190457-dragon-ball-xenoverse-2/74500402 This is I beieve accurate. It tells you what combination of equipment and attribute points will get you 6 bars, 7 bars, 8 bars, 9 bars, or 10 bars.

Health: When you put no point into health, at lvl 80, I THINK you will have around 1 bar and 1/4 of another, depending on your char. This is a guesstimate for saiyans/humans/Frieza race. Full points (125) will give you a bit less than one whole bar from what I have seen on my chars.

Ki: I believe it is 42-45 points is one whole ki bar, not sure on exact numbers. You will have around 4-5 ki bars at lvl 80 with no points in Ki.

Stamina: Same as Ki, 42-45 points in one bar. You will have around 4-5 bars of stamina without points in stamina.

Depending on your char, putting points into ki really isn't worth it. Neither stamina. More stamina = if you get stamina broke, you won't be doing anything for a while. More ki, well, getting +5 in Ki for QQ Bang is a good 2 bars or so. You're better off putting points into Health (I prefer to max this at 125 on any char), 107 points into your pref build (strike or ki supers) and then the rest (100 points)I usually just put into basic attacks, as you will be combo'ing attacks in supers/strikes. Even though 100 in basic attack is only about 9-10% increase in damage, that is still very good in the long run.

if you want a general idea in terms of attribute points

this is what I use for my LV 80 female earthling brawler *from ps4*

125 HP

125 Stamina

Remaining Points in Basic Attack

I will pick on you because you could've just used the search function. ki stam is 42 points ea, +5 to all stats gives you +50 on regs and +84 on ki/stam.

From the Xenoverse 2 numbers guide (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=790853823), 1 attribute point on health is 30 HP, whereas 1 attribute on either Ki or Stamina gives 2.4 points of Ki / Stamina.

So if you want a full bar of Ki, you need 42. Same with Stamina. But with health however, you won't get a full bar even if your health was maxed out to 125, because that would only give you 3750 HP which is 3/8 of a life bar.

its really easy on 1. find a PQ where you start in like the sky or CC and no enemys are in the area. Check how much you have stat wise then exit add one stat point then go back in and check what happend. its slow and tedious but will get you what you want. i did it in 1 and used the practice area in 2 for the same thing.

42 point is one stamina or ki bar, except on 125. On 125 it gives 3 bar like if it were 126. Health never gives a full bar.
