how i can get the super spirit bomb
hey, can anyone tell me how i can get the super spirit bomb?

and do i need any dlc for that ?

You can get it in Expert Mission 16.

Get far enough in the main story and you will eventually see Expert Missions. After Cell Saga I think, can't remember.
