1- update windows with all the latest updates and restart your pc.
2- After restarting open up properties of DBZ xv2, click local files and then browse local files.
Open Common Redist file.
Open Vc Redist File
Open 2015 file
3- Here you will find the two files Vc Redist x64 and Vc Redist x86. Open each one and click repair.
4- Restart your pc and you should be good to go.
If none of these work
Try temp disable any anti virus.
Either a firewall might be keeping it from lauching.
Sometimes it is the most simple things that keep a game from running
lol it took me a few mins to figure out my anti virus was keeping witcher 3 from fully installing.
