Can't transfer Xenoverse 1 Data to Xenoverse 2 ?

At the beginning of the game, there was a message saying if I wanted to transfer my Xenoverse 1 Data to Xenoverse 2. I said Yes. Still, said that he couldn't find any data for Xenoverse 1, even if I have Xenoverse 1, and I activated the Steam Cloud thing... Any helps ?

do you have steam clould on? i think it gets the file from the steam cloud so if it's not on in xv1 and 2 it wont work

Same problem here... XV1 installed, cloud activated, XV2 doesn't see the save... so no transfert...

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Cann't import save game data from Xenoverse 1 to Xenoverse 2. I logged into a character in Xenoverse one, played a little and resaved; still did not import my character.

My assumption is that this is a fairly recent issue, I'm guessing there's something up with xenoverse 1 that's messing with steamcloud..

I can't find any record of anybody encountering this error since yesterday, so my guess is there's gonna be a hotfix eventually.

What sucks ♥♥♥♥ is that if you want to play xenoverse2 at all. You're either going to have to wait until the hotfix happens, or play the game and delete ALL YOUR PROGRESS to migrate your character later.

Same issue as OP. XV1 is installed and cloud enabled, but XV2 can't find save data for transfer...

So, I've ran into this too. But, try following thsi guide:

Important note: Get far enough in DBXV2 where you're standing in front of the Supreme Kai of Time. Its very very early on. Like literally tyhe first time you're able to move.

Then quit, and follow the directions.
