Nope, I can still mod the game by deleting the EasyantiCheat dll files
Having tested it myself I've seen some minor bugs and, some of which do interfere withs online gameplay for those that still like to do it. It is also not very good at handling initial progress, for example if you start a new character and then you set all of the event flags at once can result in your being stuck at a certain point in the game.
It needs to be refined in order to clear out some of those problems, otherwise if you do use it now the farther along you are for specific character when you make the adjustments to the progress the better

Here you go. No save editor needed. No cheat tools needed. Just use sav2own to assign it to your steam ID and use it. You can rename the Cac's upon load up.
