Bad Textures.
I have bad textures for the character models (They look blurry) . Is this normal? For example for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 1, the character models are crisp. I have everything maxed out.

Motion blur is actually necessary for a smooth gameplay in this game, unlike most games.

Turn Depth of Field off, I had the exact same problem.

Go to the game’s bin folder.
Right click “DBXV2.exe”.
Compatability tab>change high DPI settings.
Check “override…”.
Ok-apply-ok

If you have Windows 11 don't do this. It makes your performance worse.
