Guru's quests; Namek; Nail

I recently got to lvl 80 and realised i am capped. So i did my research and found out that i have to get Nail's, Guru's or Namek-Quest (however u want to call them) to 100% completion (sadly i am at 62% only; i stopped doing them because this Dragonball-gathering-stuff annoyed the crap out of me).

I relogged a few times to get those missions. Didnt work. How is the spawning mechanisms for those quests? Do they spawn after u do missions (cuz if, i will have to essentially level to 90 just to unlock being able to do so and then doing it all over again... which would SUCK!)

PS: Why didnt the game tell me that i was capped until i did those quests? Would have saved me some trouble.
PS2: why tie this to the most boring quests of this entire game?

Guru's house quest will call you every time you do 3 PQ mission.

Yeah... the missions get triggered periodically. But i suggest getting rhe time egg missions done as well as its one of the event triggers i needed originally

i feared somethingl ike that. Well thenn i will make my 2nd char and do it whit this char (waist of XP/time to do it with my lvl80 char). I heared it counts accountwide.

Level unlock is account wide, stat expansion is by character though. So if you do want the 125 stat cap on both your characters,you'll still have to play those missions on both.

thank you. I did know about the statcap being charbound. So its a lot smarter to farm the 100% Namek on a second char since i have to do those to the point the 1st char has it anyways (jst recently got the statcap incresed there).
