I am looking for a open world fighter / rpg game

It is a Fighting game with RPG elements, but it's not a full blown RPG.

The main lobby is a small open world, which serves as a hub to missions ("quests") and fights/matches.

It's more of an rpg, the ability to min/max characters as far as xenoverse lets you destroys the normal balance of a fighter game. Find friends who you like to fight against a lot, use your min/max build for pubs.

Thinking about it I guess it does have enough elements to qualify as a fighter/rpg. It has a linear storyline that can be progressed through at your own pace and many side quests that unlock items/moves for further customization.

other rpg dragon ball game i know is dragon ball online but is korean, and is more like, world of wacraft in the battle sistem

I sometimes play it, on Saturday there are Dragon Ball Hunts soo... it is pretty nice :D ... and yes, that is a real open world Dragon Ball rpg.... the battle sistem it is preety nice too....
