It's stealing simply due to the fact that people will assume HE/SHE is the one who made the mods, not the actual creators, and try to give him/her support instead of the intended creators...

Creativity credit aside, mods in a game not meant for it is just begging to be banned.

The other problem with this is that unlike the original mod creator, these guys usually cannot give updates if those are needed.

You don't learn do you..? Is it really that hard to not publish these modpacks of stuff that people didn't give you permission to use? Linking to the download page of their mod isn't helping and uploading those mod packs with the mods after being told "no" is just being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

that makes you putting their mods in a modpack even worse y'know, the XV1 imports are fine if the modder who made them doesn't care, but the active modders for XV2 (even if they charge.. even though i downloaded their mods for free from their posts...?) who say "no", means you should respect their opinion since its their mod that you're pretty much taking credit for and act like saying "no" doesn't mean anything >_>

You can't just steal stuff from people and release it for the public. Even if costs money, the modders put hard work and effort into making these mods. And you just take them.......meaning you have absolutely no respect for these modders and simply make these so people think you made all these. How pathetic.
