can't get ssj4 torso

i've done the pq like 20 times and i've gotten the gloves boots pants and accesory but no torso, is their something i have to do?

Nope: you can get it the same way you can get the rest of the set. Blame the RNG.
It happened to me too, a lot of times (on Xenoverse 1 too).

I got the Torso more then any other, except the hair which I got almost every time.

I got it the first time but had to play like 20 times to get the resitance pants. It's a matter of luck and how much the game hates you.

I had to do that mission like 20 times to get the torso too for SS4, turns out the the SS4 costume looks horrible on females so I basically wasted my time.

I don't bother with using cosmetics mods, no point for me if other people can't see it lol

There's already a mod for that, and I was referring to the bra on SSJ4 Costume on females.

This is just my experience with the game but I think the evaluation you get from the end of a PQ also helps in raising your chances of getting drops. Try getting as much as possible. High combo count, high number of Just Guard used, deflecting Ki Blast, Ultimates and etc. I always make sure to do those every PQ when I farm for equips and skills.

if we can trade clothing then i can gove it to yhea got around 10 to 15 of all clothinging pieces in the game?

i think you can trade it. the ssj4 set was one of the biggest nightmares for most, i know it took like 30 trys for me to get the torso.
