Is Divinity unleashed faster then maximum charge?

I don't care about the buff divinity gives you ( that doesn't even work half the time :/), im interested in raw speed. Witch one charges faster?

Maximum Charge does. But it buffs your ability to gain ki fster from giving and taking hits.

Max Charge is slightly faster.

But Divinity's buff makes up for that pretty well. Anyone playing with SS3 in PvE will pretty much love the skill, since you regain the ability to generate a ton of Ki through combos, even against SS3's poor ratio.

You have to charge at least 1 bar and then end the charge, if you are interrupted or charge less then 1 bar it does not activate.

It grants the ability to gain ki hella fast when doing some fisticuffs, which, as said before, works pretty well for SS2 and 3, which are pathetic at recovering ki. Also, it's an easy way to activate "Hmm hmm hmm" that doesn't require you to waste both ki and a skill slot, or pose like an idiot.

Also it looks badass.
