I missed the date of the July 8th and the skill is still not in the TP Shop (and I didn't bought it) 'cause I lost my time for finishing the expert mission 15, now that I can finally farm the TP medals I want to have it ASAP!

Disconnect your comp from the internet, change the date to july 8th and start the game in offline mode
