Videl's Dress
What PQ do I have to do to unlock videl's dress from movie 10 Broly's second coming?

Unfortunately, I don't believe that dress is an unlockable outfit. You can get Videl's regular clothes and the "FIGHT!" shirt, but not the dress.

Just because she has a preset doesn't mean it's in the game for the CAC. Trunks had his Broly 2nd coming outfit in XV1 but we couldn't use it. Same for 18 with her striped top outfit.
