How do i participate in world tournament? do i have to beat the game first?

You just need to be far along enough in story to do online pvp which is beating the frieza saga. But the downside ofnthe current tourny is its open level meaning expect alot of lvl 90 cacs.

On top of what Ryuko stated, it is infested with hackers. Don't expect to win any tournaments with the amount of BS that plagues the online community.

oh, but i already did finished the frieza saga. and i was hoping i can participate in the tournament. idk how

but you also included lots of hackers... i have read this issue many times and hoping that the next update will be clean as good

Its only on at certain times most seem to start 11pm 'central time' or on the weekends from friday-sunday at midnight. The cac ones are boring as hell but the ones where you play as the characters from the show are alot more fun.
