Why i can't buy Dragon ball Xenoverse games?

Hi all. I'm come from Vietnam - and i cant buy this game on steam because it's region lock - what about that for my country lock game?

that publisher simply doesn't want to market it to your country, for whatever reason, it's out of valve's control. could be too hard to conform with regional laws for example.

no. it's not available to play in your country. that's what a region lock is. you will have to move somewhere else.

Use a VPN to buy it. Then try to play without VPN... If it works, fine. If it doesn't you'll have to use the VPN for playing, too.
