This looks to be an extremely well-crafted fan project. And with detailed sprites and crazy effects! Thanks for sharing this; I didn't know such a thing existed.

I just found out about it the moment I posted it. I saw Goku Black's ult and I was like... that's Akuma. I always play Akuma in Street Fighter. Goku Rose will definitely be my main... glass cannon baby! :D
